00:39 --> 00:39 [SPEAKER_00]: Let's get it rolling.
00:53 --> 01:10 [SPEAKER_01]: And we welcome you to this episode of the Marine Lair podcast part of the just baseball podcast network recording on Monday evening October 13th the Seattle Mariners are as close to a world series as they have ever been and their franchise history.
01:10 --> 01:17 [SPEAKER_01]: They went 10 to three here on Monday night and they have a 20 series lead on the Toronto Blue Jays.
01:17 --> 01:32 [SPEAKER_01]: When the worst thing that can happen in the game is Logan Gilbert looking the worst he has looked at points this season, and you still win by seven runs to sit here with a two O lead is something we just don't get to experience.
01:34 --> 01:37 [SPEAKER_00]: We don't because it's never happened in franchise history.
01:37 --> 01:41 [SPEAKER_00]: The mayor has never been this close to a world series in franchise history.
01:41 --> 01:45 [SPEAKER_00]: The mayor has never had a two-old lead in a CS in franchise history.
01:46 --> 01:50 [SPEAKER_00]: I'm just going to stop right there and give about three, four seconds of silence and let that sink in for people.
01:51 --> 01:55 [SPEAKER_00]: The Seattle Mariners have never in their franchise history been this close to a world series.
01:58 --> 02:18 [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, let it sink in because in 95 they're up one nothing and then they were up to one in 2001 They got down to nothing fast and in 2000 we talked about this before they were not up to nothing at any point No, they were up the yeah, the one game one of that one, but that was it and then fell behind right
02:19 --> 02:38 [SPEAKER_01]: and instead of facing a near front-to-back Hall of Fame Cleveland lineup or facing the Dynasty Yankees, arguably the greatest Dynasty you've ever seen in Major League Baseball over the run of years, years, years, and instead you get to fly home and face the shells of Shane Bieber and Max Scherzer to keep the Blue Jay season alive.
02:40 --> 02:42 [SPEAKER_01]: Seems like a bit of a drop-off.
02:43 --> 02:45 [SPEAKER_01]: And who do the Mariners have going to age?
02:47 --> 03:09 [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, the Mariners only have George Kirby and Game 3 and Luis Castillo and Game 4 and we would assume Brian Wu and Game 5 and then God forbid the Mariners somehow make it back to Toronto you would have a fully rested if not extra day of rest Logan Gilbert and Game 6 and then George Kirby again in Game 7.
03:10 --> 03:12 [SPEAKER_01]: While I think that shapes up kind of nice.
03:13 --> 03:19 [SPEAKER_00]: with Brian Wu likely being able to piggyback in game seven and throw a couple of things that way everybody would be available if it got that far.
03:19 --> 03:19 [SPEAKER_00]: But.
03:21 --> 03:21 [SPEAKER_00]: Dude.
03:22 --> 03:24 [SPEAKER_00]: It's not just Louise and Kirby at home.
03:25 --> 03:29 [SPEAKER_00]: It's home playoff George Kirby, who you know is much better at home.
03:30 --> 03:43 [SPEAKER_00]: It's home Louise Castillo, and his two six ERA at home this year, and then your best starter, Brian Lou, flyin' in off the aisle, set to throw game five, tentatively.
03:44 --> 03:44 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean,
03:46 --> 03:49 [SPEAKER_01]: They should pour a shoot Brian Wu in from a helicopter in Game 5.
03:49 --> 03:50 [SPEAKER_01]: That'd be hilarious.
03:50 --> 03:51 [SPEAKER_01]: Just we'll get it.
03:51 --> 04:01 [SPEAKER_01]: We'll give the Blue Jays one of the first two at home at Team Mobile Park and then Brian Wu is going to get this just red carpet roll out as he flies in from a helicopter to end the Blue Jays season.
04:01 --> 04:05 [SPEAKER_00]: But what if you didn't have to throw Brian Wu in Game 5?
04:05 --> 04:10 [SPEAKER_00]: Because what if, I'm going to knock on wood, what if there was no Game 5?
04:10 --> 04:10 [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
04:13 --> 04:20 [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, I'm not, I'm not going to complain about that because then you'd have Brian Wu for the maximum availability possible in a world series.
04:20 --> 04:22 [SPEAKER_01]: But let's, let's try not to get ahead of ourselves.
04:22 --> 04:26 [SPEAKER_01]: I, I'm not even like a jinx person, but they still got to win two more games.
04:26 --> 04:27 [SPEAKER_01]: They do, they do.
04:29 --> 04:31 [SPEAKER_00]: My voice is not at 100%.
04:31 --> 04:38 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, all the yelling I've done throughout the last three games that the Mariners have played in the postseason, going all the way back to game five on Friday.
04:39 --> 04:41 [SPEAKER_00]: Man, I put my voice through the ringer.
04:41 --> 04:42 [SPEAKER_00]: But I ain't complaining about it.
04:43 --> 04:45 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, this has been absolutely sensational.
04:46 --> 04:47 [SPEAKER_00]: What they did today in Toronto.
04:48 --> 04:54 [SPEAKER_00]: When they faced some adversity early, Julio hits the three run Homer, electric start in the first, Lujé's punch right back.
04:54 --> 04:55 [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm saying to myself, look, man,
04:56 --> 04:59 [SPEAKER_00]: Not going to be easy, this Blu-Jace line ups really good, and they're here for a reason.
05:00 --> 05:02 [SPEAKER_00]: And then they didn't score the rest of the game.
05:02 --> 05:08 [SPEAKER_00]: Polo does it again, and Nailor does it again, and they keep adding on, I mean, amazing.
05:08 --> 05:13 [SPEAKER_01]: Games like today honestly help, because all the yelling gets out early, and then you get to take half the game off.
05:14 --> 05:15 [SPEAKER_01]: It's true.
05:15 --> 05:21 [SPEAKER_01]: Essentially, like once Polanco hit that home run, I think that was a yell at the Josh Nailor one, but it wasn't as loud.
05:23 --> 05:29 [SPEAKER_00]: It was the nailer one that started to make me feel a little bit more comfortable, because look, Polo absolutely destroyed that baseball.
05:29 --> 05:32 [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I mean, it barely got out, but he hit it very hard.
05:32 --> 05:33 [SPEAKER_00]: That's my point.
05:33 --> 05:34 [SPEAKER_00]: It was still only 6-3.
05:34 --> 05:39 [SPEAKER_00]: The Blue Jays can score 3 runs easily, but when nailer hit the homer, only in the first inning.
05:41 --> 05:46 [SPEAKER_00]: Throughout the year, they have been able to score 3 runs at a time with no problem, but when nailer hit the homerun, oh!
05:47 --> 05:49 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, that's what it started to sink in.
05:50 --> 05:56 [SPEAKER_01]: The BlueJays outside of the first inning this series are one for 41 with one single, five walks.
05:58 --> 05:59 [SPEAKER_01]: How is that impossible?
06:00 --> 06:01 [SPEAKER_01]: They're first inning merchants.
06:02 --> 06:02 [SPEAKER_01]: That's what they are.
06:03 --> 06:05 [SPEAKER_01]: Clearly, they like the very first look.
06:05 --> 06:06 [SPEAKER_01]: They get out of the starter.
06:06 --> 06:09 [SPEAKER_01]: That honestly goes right into their approach, like they're very aggressive.
06:09 --> 06:11 [SPEAKER_01]: They like to swing early in the count.
06:11 --> 06:12 [SPEAKER_01]: That's how they don't strike out a whole lot.
06:13 --> 06:36 [SPEAKER_01]: And the best time to do that is early in the game when a starter is settling in and they've gotten both the Mariners starters Bryce Miller and game one Logan Gilbert and game two and tagged him in the first inning And then the Mariners bring their bullpen in and the Blue Jays have no idea what to do Absolutely, they're befuddled when the Mariners bring a bullpen arm in maybe it's because the Mariners have real bullpen arms and the Blue Jays don't
06:37 --> 06:52 [SPEAKER_01]: And you have guys like Edward Bazarto, who you have no problem calling in in the middle of that game in the fourth and fifth inning after a shockingly Shockingly ineffective start from Logan Gilbert and then Bazarto essentially just befuddles that line up.
06:52 --> 06:53 [SPEAKER_00]: They have no idea to do
06:54 --> 07:11 [SPEAKER_00]: he has been awesome I can't believe he went out there in through 30 pitches again today I know he had a couple days rest but after still throwing 40 pitches just a few games ago or a few days ago that's why I meant to say to do that again and to give the Mariners that length and keep the game at bay
07:12 --> 07:13 [SPEAKER_00]: Man, he has been good.
07:14 --> 07:21 [SPEAKER_00]: And then it's funny, you say Mariners, both at arms and how many good both at arms they have, well, of their big four only one of them through today.
07:22 --> 07:25 [SPEAKER_00]: Other than you got two winnings of Carlos Vargas and two winnings of Emerson Hancock.
07:25 --> 07:27 [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, Carlos Vargas is in the big four.
07:27 --> 07:30 [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I forgot.
07:31 --> 07:32 [SPEAKER_01]: He did look pretty good today.
07:32 --> 07:33 [SPEAKER_01]: I'll be honest.
07:33 --> 07:33 [SPEAKER_01]: You know what?
07:33 --> 07:46 [SPEAKER_01]: He was I did say garbage time king when he came out there and he was and he was dealing today, but hey, look In a in a in a postseason where the Mariners when they've been up bed of had big of had some shaky relief performances
07:47 --> 07:47 [SPEAKER_00]: He was great.
07:48 --> 07:50 [SPEAKER_00]: He was, and again, let's sit here and say it.
07:50 --> 07:53 [SPEAKER_00]: For the role he was asked to play today, he was awesome.
07:53 --> 07:54 [SPEAKER_00]: He was shot out innings.
07:55 --> 07:56 [SPEAKER_00]: Did everything he could have asked them to do.
07:56 --> 07:58 [SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to Carlos Vargas.
07:58 --> 08:02 [SPEAKER_00]: He was, there was, there was nothing bad you could say about the guy after game two.
08:02 --> 08:04 [SPEAKER_00]: For that game, he was great.
08:04 --> 08:10 [SPEAKER_01]: And if everything we've talked about so far, I still feel like we're too easily passing over the biggest storyline of the mall.
08:12 --> 08:18 [SPEAKER_01]: Reggie Jackson, Derek Geter, Barry Bonds, and Jorge Polanco.
08:19 --> 08:26 [SPEAKER_01]: That is what we need to be talking about with another massive game from Polo, another massive game.
08:26 --> 08:27 [SPEAKER_01]: How do they keep pitching to this guy?
08:27 --> 08:29 [SPEAKER_01]: They're walking Cal, they're walking the wrong hitter.
08:30 --> 08:31 [SPEAKER_01]: I'm serious.
08:31 --> 08:34 [SPEAKER_01]: Jorge Belonco became the first player in M.O.B.
08:34 --> 08:45 [SPEAKER_01]: history today to have a go ahead and the fifth inning or later in three consecutive games, not Geter, not Bons, not Reggie Jackson, not even Marco Furkin's Scootero.
08:45 --> 08:46 [SPEAKER_01]: Dog.
08:46 --> 08:47 [SPEAKER_01]: Oh God.
08:49 --> 08:54 [SPEAKER_00]: We've got some extra efforts for Lala and I, but I mean to give a two second piece of context for people.
08:54 --> 08:58 [SPEAKER_00]: We have a friend from the Bay Area who legitimately thinks Marco Scooterot should be in the Hall of Fame.
09:00 --> 09:02 [SPEAKER_00]: Did have a really good 2012 post season.
09:02 --> 09:02 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
09:03 --> 09:03 [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway.
09:05 --> 09:05 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, man.
09:06 --> 09:08 [SPEAKER_00]: What is what is their left to say?
09:09 --> 09:16 [SPEAKER_00]: We're we're bordering on one of the greatest posties and performances we've ever seen and we're only two games through the ALCS and the Mariners didn't play a wildcard series.
09:17 --> 09:19 [SPEAKER_00]: Well, Polo has done has been absolutely jaw-dropping.
09:21 --> 09:31 [SPEAKER_01]: I don't I again don't if the blue jays pitched to him in a big situation with runners on and he's either the go ahead or tying run, late in a game and either game three, four and five.
09:31 --> 09:43 [SPEAKER_01]: Then clearly they are not respecting enough of what he's doing like that we have laid the numbers out for people of what he's done this season being the most clutch player in baseball that doesn't always translate to the postseason but guess what it's doing this year.
09:44 --> 09:55 [SPEAKER_01]: It's translating to the fucking postseason and Jorge Polanco is stepping up in big moment after big moment, after big moment, even if guys in front of him are behind him or struggling at points, doesn't matter for him.
09:56 --> 09:59 [SPEAKER_01]: He's just going out there and he's lacing up all over the wall.
10:00 --> 10:02 [SPEAKER_01]: Every single time.
10:04 --> 10:07 [SPEAKER_00]: Another two hit performance today because he added a single on later, too.
10:08 --> 10:14 [SPEAKER_00]: It is, he has been ridiculous, you know, stalk made this point here on Monday.
10:14 --> 10:19 [SPEAKER_00]: But honestly, thinking back to Game 5 against the Tigers, you a little shocked now thinking about it.
10:19 --> 10:24 [SPEAKER_00]: The AJ Hinge decided to walk Julio to pitch to Polo, rather than pitch to Julio.
10:24 --> 10:25 [SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
10:25 --> 10:27 [SPEAKER_00]: Put Polo on and then pitch to Gino.
10:27 --> 10:28 [SPEAKER_00]: A.K.
10:28 --> 10:30 [SPEAKER_00]: pitched to the two guys who were much more prone to strike out.
10:31 --> 10:31 [SPEAKER_01]: I said that on here.
10:32 --> 10:33 [SPEAKER_01]: I said I couldn't believe they walked Julio.
10:34 --> 10:42 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he was a bottom 10 clutch player in baseball this season more aplonco is the most clutch Leo is pretty clutch today.
10:42 --> 11:00 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he was certainly silenced the tray of savage type very quickly Yeah, I mean tell you savage did have some good spurts for the jays we we said on here It's his stuff is probably the best they have in that rotation but it dissipated by about the fourth inning
11:00 --> 11:13 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, he got some adrenaline out in the first three, and then the fastball went down to about 93, and the Mariners ran his pitch count up enough, and the blue jays said, see enough and put in their ballpoint, which again, it's just not impressive at all.
11:14 --> 11:17 [SPEAKER_01]: It's just, there's no nothing scary about the, the jays ballpoint.
11:18 --> 11:28 [SPEAKER_00]: Which is funny, because again, there are guys in that ballpoint, that have by the numbers had good years, breaking fishers had a good year, writing littles had a good year, but we'll keep repeating it through two games.
11:30 --> 11:31 [SPEAKER_00]: It's not Troy Milton.
11:31 --> 11:32 [SPEAKER_00]: It's not Will Vest.
11:32 --> 11:33 [SPEAKER_00]: It's not what you saw against the Tigers.
11:33 --> 11:35 [SPEAKER_00]: It's not what some other teams have in their bullpen.
11:36 --> 11:38 [SPEAKER_00]: It's just not the same stuff and it's not as imposing.
11:39 --> 11:43 [SPEAKER_01]: And there's even times this year where we've been kind of impressed with the Mariners bullpen.
11:43 --> 11:49 [SPEAKER_01]: But the top level arms in the Mariners bullpen is what are featured in most post seasons for most teams that go out there and win.
11:50 --> 11:51 [SPEAKER_01]: It's not even a competition.
11:51 --> 11:54 [SPEAKER_01]: Like Edward Bazarna would be by far the best for the J-South.
11:55 --> 11:57 [SPEAKER_01]: He's he's just been yeah, he's been so good.
11:58 --> 12:11 [SPEAKER_01]: Yes, there's the can I go back to Planko though for a second Just just to remember I just want everyone to constantly remember when we're watching what we watch a Planko this year It's not only the gamble that the Mariners took in this offseason to resound him and have him do what he's doing right here
12:12 --> 12:20 [SPEAKER_01]: But to think of the year over year improvements and changes that Jorge Polanco had to make to have the season he's having this year right now, or astounding.
12:20 --> 12:22 [SPEAKER_01]: Number one, he had to get completely healthy.
12:22 --> 12:24 [SPEAKER_01]: The knee surgery, he had to clean up some other things.
12:25 --> 12:29 [SPEAKER_01]: I know there were times this year he was certainly battling through injuries while he was out there playing.
12:30 --> 12:35 [SPEAKER_01]: I don't know any other excuse for why he was as atrocious in May and June as he was.
12:35 --> 12:43 [SPEAKER_00]: Well, that paired with they just would not let him hit from the right side, and any time which I think was because he was hurt.
12:43 --> 12:47 [SPEAKER_00]: Right, but I mean, they wouldn't really say any time the conversation would come up.
12:47 --> 12:49 [SPEAKER_00]: It was kind of pushed by the wayside.
12:49 --> 12:53 [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they really wanted out there what he may or may not have been battling.
12:53 --> 12:56 [SPEAKER_00]: Because he was battling the side issue earlier in the year.
12:56 --> 12:59 [SPEAKER_00]: I think there was some fair speculation if it was really the knee or not.
12:59 --> 13:02 [SPEAKER_00]: I think we speculated there's probably something going on with that knee still.
13:06 --> 13:09 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, again, and there's no way to know what he was really battling, but you're right.
13:09 --> 13:12 [SPEAKER_00]: He had a tough man June He wasn't always in the line up.
13:12 --> 13:16 [SPEAKER_00]: It was easy to assume there might have been some injuries going on like that.
13:16 --> 13:18 [SPEAKER_00]: He was battling And now look at him.
13:18 --> 13:19 [SPEAKER_00]: He's clearly healthy.
13:20 --> 13:21 [SPEAKER_00]: He's clearly hitting from the right side.
13:21 --> 13:25 [SPEAKER_00]: He's clearly hitting in the clutch And they would not be here without him.
13:25 --> 13:26 [SPEAKER_00]: I'll say it again.
13:26 --> 13:29 [SPEAKER_00]: Just imagine if he had signed with the Astros
13:30 --> 13:31 [SPEAKER_01]: nightmare scenario.
13:31 --> 13:38 [SPEAKER_01]: So he had to get healthy, but then there were a couple of nuggets that came out during the game that people were pointing out after he hit that home run, which are just just astounding.
13:39 --> 13:46 [SPEAKER_01]: Among players you played as much as Jorge Polanco last year, only five of them improved their hard hit rate more than Jorge Polanco did, between 2024 and 2025.
13:48 --> 14:01 [SPEAKER_01]: and nobody in baseball history has cut their strikeout rate more season to season from from any two seasons in baseball history than Jorge Polanco did from 20, 24 to 20, 25, nearly 14 percent.
14:02 --> 14:03 [SPEAKER_01]: That has never been done.
14:05 --> 14:05 [SPEAKER_01]: Who had that?
14:06 --> 14:06 [SPEAKER_01]: Was it Stachast?
14:07 --> 14:08 [SPEAKER_01]: Joe Davis had it.
14:11 --> 14:12 [SPEAKER_00]: Did they tweet it somewhere?
14:12 --> 14:13 [SPEAKER_00]: Did you just hear Joe say it?
14:13 --> 14:15 [SPEAKER_01]: No, Joe said it's never been done.
14:17 --> 14:17 [SPEAKER_01]: That's crazy.
14:18 --> 14:18 [UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
14:19 --> 14:21 [SPEAKER_01]: Think of everything he had to do to make that.
14:21 --> 14:23 [SPEAKER_01]: Not that's not just health.
14:23 --> 14:24 [SPEAKER_01]: That's not just health.
14:24 --> 14:27 [SPEAKER_01]: Because Jorge Polanco was not a 15% strike out guy before.
14:27 --> 14:30 [SPEAKER_01]: Not every season he wasn't 15 strike out.
14:30 --> 14:31 [SPEAKER_01]: To go from 29 to 15 essentially.
14:34 --> 14:39 [SPEAKER_01]: while improving your hard hit rate and doubles and home runs and best overall offensive performance.
14:39 --> 14:40 [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, there's mechanics that goes into that.
14:40 --> 14:42 [SPEAKER_01]: There's mentality stuff with that.
14:42 --> 14:47 [SPEAKER_01]: All that work, Jorge Polanco had to put in to get to where he is right now.
14:47 --> 14:52 [SPEAKER_01]: A guy, the Mariners, I'm sure had conversations about cutting at some time last year.
14:53 --> 14:56 [SPEAKER_01]: Now, doing this for the Mariners is is astounding.
14:57 --> 15:00 [SPEAKER_01]: If the Mariners finish this thing off, if they finish this
15:01 --> 15:04 [SPEAKER_01]: Like, people are going to be talking about the legend of Jorge Polanco.
15:04 --> 15:05 [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm dead serious.
15:05 --> 15:06 [SPEAKER_01]: That's not sarcasm.
15:07 --> 15:09 [SPEAKER_01]: The legend of Jorge Polanco will be known.
15:10 --> 15:10 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
15:11 --> 15:13 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I'd say he's made himself some decent money this winter.
15:14 --> 15:15 [SPEAKER_01]: You can show that up.
15:15 --> 15:17 [SPEAKER_01]: It's the price is going up every game.
15:18 --> 15:19 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, there's no doubt.
15:19 --> 15:20 [SPEAKER_00]: But good for him, man.
15:20 --> 15:25 [SPEAKER_00]: He has been a absolute savior for this team.
15:26 --> 15:43 [SPEAKER_00]: They would not be here anywhere close to here without them and we'll see if the blue days keep pitch and you'm going forward It's gotten to the point where you have to think about at least him being the guy that you Put on that you don't pitch to you're forced to throw Julio pitches because Polago keeps killing you It's crazy.
15:43 --> 15:53 [SPEAKER_00]: It is it's insane think about his posties and as a whole he homerd off scooble twice He sent the Mariners to the ALCS he won them game one
15:54 --> 16:17 [SPEAKER_00]: with two different hits again the go ahead hit and then the insurance run hit in game one and then again today in game two the three run homer which was the game winner because the blue jays and score any more runs and then he had a single add on to it unreal and again the matters have only played seven postseason games and in four of them or hip-lock has been beyond clutch
16:19 --> 16:28 [SPEAKER_01]: Most go ahead played appearances in a single postseason in Mariners history, 2025 Jorge Polanco, four, 1995 Ken Griffey Jr.
16:28 --> 16:31 [SPEAKER_01]: Four, 2000 Alex Rodriguez.
16:31 --> 16:32 [SPEAKER_01]: Three.
16:34 --> 16:34 [SPEAKER_01]: Geez.
16:35 --> 16:36 [SPEAKER_01]: That's pretty good.
16:36 --> 16:37 [SPEAKER_01]: That's really good.
16:37 --> 16:38 [SPEAKER_01]: That's pretty good.
16:38 --> 16:39 [SPEAKER_01]: That's from Sarah Lanks, by the way.
16:39 --> 16:40 [SPEAKER_01]: I did not have that one.
16:41 --> 16:41 [UNKNOWN]: Okay.
16:42 --> 16:42 [UNKNOWN]: Man.
16:43 --> 16:45 [SPEAKER_00]: What else do we want to hit on in this game?
16:45 --> 16:52 [SPEAKER_01]: I was going to say I have I have one more like overarching comparison for like a 2.0 lead that I'd like to talk about before that you want to get to an ad.
16:53 --> 16:56 [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, that would be from our friends over at Pagaches Pove 85.
16:56 --> 16:57 [SPEAKER_00]: You guys know that's over in Kirkland.
16:57 --> 17:01 [SPEAKER_00]: It's a really awesome spot to hang out, really fun neighborhood bar with 20 TVs.
17:01 --> 17:04 [SPEAKER_00]: So all the sporting events that you want to watch will be up in that place.
17:05 --> 17:09 [SPEAKER_00]: Pool, darts, great food, and happy hour drinks that are as good as it gets you guys.
17:09 --> 17:11 [SPEAKER_00]: Monday through Friday, 2 to 6 p.m.
17:11 --> 17:13 [SPEAKER_00]: happy hours with drinks that are three and four bucks.
17:13 --> 17:15 [SPEAKER_00]: So if you're interested in any of that and we certainly hope you are.
17:16 --> 17:19 [SPEAKER_00]: Head over to Pagaches Pove 85 over in Kirkland.
17:20 --> 17:28 [SPEAKER_01]: Did you see the comparison people were making for this the series that the copium that jays were feeding or that blue jays fans were thrown around?
17:29 --> 17:32 [SPEAKER_00]: Why are you enlightening the people?
17:32 --> 17:33 [SPEAKER_01]: 2023 alcfs.
17:35 --> 17:36 [SPEAKER_00]: Rangers, Astros?
17:37 --> 17:37 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
17:38 --> 17:44 [SPEAKER_01]: So the Rangers and that series went out on the road went up two nothing on the Astros, when he two games in Houston.
17:45 --> 17:51 [SPEAKER_01]: Feelin' great, the Astros then came back in one three games in a row in Arlington.
17:52 --> 17:55 [SPEAKER_01]: Before the game, they ultimately went to game seven and the Rangers won game seven.
17:56 --> 17:57 [SPEAKER_01]: Mm-hmm.
17:58 --> 17:58 [SPEAKER_00]: That home.
17:58 --> 18:01 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, the Mariners have to take care of business at home.
18:01 --> 18:04 [SPEAKER_00]: The things far from over, we know the BlueJays can hit.
18:05 --> 18:07 [SPEAKER_00]: So they have to go home and take care of business.
18:08 --> 18:13 [SPEAKER_00]: But teams that get down to nothing in a championship series,
18:14 --> 18:16 [SPEAKER_00]: They only win like a sixth of the time.
18:16 --> 18:17 [SPEAKER_00]: I looked that up earlier.
18:18 --> 18:18 [SPEAKER_01]: It's right here.
18:19 --> 18:36 [SPEAKER_01]: And the difference between, if we want to look at that series specifically, the Rangers, well, up with a two-nothing lead back at home, ran out, washed Mac Shurzer and Andrew Heaney who lasted less than that in back-to-back games.
18:36 --> 18:39 [SPEAKER_01]: That was game three and four starters for the Blue Jays.
18:40 --> 18:41 [SPEAKER_01]: or the the Rangers.
18:42 --> 18:51 [SPEAKER_01]: The Mariners will be rolling out George Kirby who's been their best pitcher so far this postseason and Luis Castillo and then God forbid they lose both those games again.
18:51 --> 18:52 [SPEAKER_01]: Brian was almost certainly pitching game five.
18:53 --> 18:55 [SPEAKER_01]: Well we have good feeling he's pitching game five.
18:56 --> 19:01 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah or even if they lose one of those games it'll be Brian will pitch in game five and if you're up three or more.
19:01 --> 19:05 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah if you're up three one with Brian Wu on the mound at home I mean you got to feel pretty good.
19:07 --> 19:09 [SPEAKER_01]: So I don't really buy that comparison.
19:09 --> 19:10 [SPEAKER_01]: They're just different teams.
19:10 --> 19:17 [SPEAKER_01]: Like this BlueJ's pitching staff is not meant to withstand losing the games in which they're two best pitchers throw.
19:18 --> 19:19 [SPEAKER_01]: It's seriously, it's not.
19:19 --> 19:22 [SPEAKER_01]: Best pitcher throwing in game one, Kevin Gosman, loss.
19:23 --> 19:25 [SPEAKER_01]: Best stuff pitcher pitches in game two.
19:25 --> 19:27 [SPEAKER_01]: Tray Savage, loss.
19:27 --> 19:29 [SPEAKER_01]: Now again, it's Shane Bieber who has not been great.
19:30 --> 19:31 [SPEAKER_01]: As of BlueJ, pitching game three.
19:32 --> 19:44 [SPEAKER_01]: and then it's maxherser who's in the twilight of his career in game four and there is and both those guys have had to recover from some sort of injury and shame beavers
19:46 --> 19:53 [SPEAKER_01]: This is the first year back since his Tommy John and Scherzer missed a good chunk of the season with injuries.
19:54 --> 19:57 [SPEAKER_01]: It's not like these guys or the sirens they used to be.
19:58 --> 20:02 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, and the Mariners at home as we know are unbelievable.
20:02 --> 20:08 [SPEAKER_01]: They just need to score more than three runs, which they've yet to do at home this season.
20:08 --> 20:11 [SPEAKER_00]: So Shane Beaver in seven starts this year since coming off a Tommy John.
20:12 --> 20:17 [SPEAKER_00]: He had a three-five ERA to be exact three-five seven, but you look a little closer.
20:17 --> 20:26 [SPEAKER_00]: Fip was high, Fip was in the four-forers, and then you look at some of the underlying numbers, like some of his baseball savonn, bubbles.
20:27 --> 20:27 [SPEAKER_00]: getting hit hard.
20:28 --> 20:30 [SPEAKER_00]: He's not getting a lot of guys to chase.
20:31 --> 20:33 [SPEAKER_01]: He is still a little bit of swing and missed.
20:34 --> 20:37 [SPEAKER_01]: Where it involves are still pretty solid, but he gets hit really hard.
20:37 --> 20:37 [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
20:38 --> 20:39 [SPEAKER_00]: It's not the same Shane Bieber.
20:39 --> 20:40 [SPEAKER_00]: It's just not.
20:42 --> 20:44 [SPEAKER_01]: And then Scherzer, yeah, not not great.
20:44 --> 20:50 [SPEAKER_01]: His his fastball still pretty solid, but he gets he's getting
20:51 --> 21:16 [SPEAKER_01]: It's not not great the run prevention, the strikeout rate is about league average, his walks are, oh no, actually sorry, his walks are up, his barrels are way up and he doesn't get ground balls either, like this, all this leads into the advantage the Mariners have, uh, now I will note in the division series, I was over the moon confident in multiple games against the Tigers and which the Mariners had a clear pitching advantage that did not work out.
21:17 --> 21:19 [SPEAKER_01]: So anything really is possible.
21:19 --> 21:19 [SPEAKER_01]: This is the postseason.
21:19 --> 21:21 [SPEAKER_01]: It wouldn't be the first time a team has blown it to nothing.
21:21 --> 21:22 [SPEAKER_01]: Lee had it home.
21:24 --> 21:25 [SPEAKER_01]: But I'm just going to say I feel good.
21:25 --> 21:28 [SPEAKER_01]: I feel very good for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
21:29 --> 21:32 [SPEAKER_01]: Like the blue jays are not going to score as proficiently in Seattle.
21:32 --> 21:34 [SPEAKER_01]: They're going to score in Toronto.
21:34 --> 21:40 [SPEAKER_01]: And that Toronto candidate invasion of team mobile park is not going to happen.
21:45 --> 21:46 [SPEAKER_01]: to come in the ballpark.
21:46 --> 21:47 [SPEAKER_01]: That's like that's not happening.
21:48 --> 21:52 [SPEAKER_01]: Mariner fans aren't willing to pay for those tickets during the regular season because it's regular season game.
21:53 --> 21:53 [SPEAKER_01]: Note no sense.
21:54 --> 21:58 [SPEAKER_01]: This is the American League Championship series with a chance to clinch a birth in the world fucking series.
21:58 --> 21:59 [SPEAKER_01]: People are going to show up.
22:00 --> 22:01 [SPEAKER_01]: No problem.
22:01 --> 22:07 [SPEAKER_00]: That paired with every year when the following year schedule comes out.
22:07 --> 22:11 [SPEAKER_00]: So aka the 2026 MLB schedule drop back in about August.
22:13 --> 22:17 [SPEAKER_00]: BlueJay's fans have months on months to prepare for that series.
22:17 --> 22:28 [SPEAKER_00]: If people are in Canada and they want to make the trip over, they have months to prepare for that, whether they want to drive, whether they want to fly, get hotels, buy all the tickets, plant activities around the game, what are they going to do before and after?
22:29 --> 22:33 [SPEAKER_00]: They have a whole lot of time, again, months to plan those things every year.
22:34 --> 22:45 [SPEAKER_00]: Quick turnaround like this, flights are going to be expensive, hotels are going to be expensive, tickets are certainly going to be expensive, and Mariners fans are one going to want to go, and two not going to want to sell them to anybody from Canada.
22:46 --> 22:47 [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think it's quite going to be the same.
22:48 --> 22:54 [SPEAKER_00]: I'm not saying there's going to be no Blue J fans there, but it's not going to be a sea of royal blue like it's been in years past.
22:55 --> 22:58 [SPEAKER_01]: It's, well, it's going to be your standard
23:01 --> 23:03 [SPEAKER_01]: But marijuana fans are in me once making the noise.
23:03 --> 23:05 [SPEAKER_01]: Not, not Blue Jsans.
23:05 --> 23:07 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I feel pretty good about that.
23:08 --> 23:12 [SPEAKER_01]: All of these things add up to have us feeling pretty good.
23:13 --> 23:20 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, about your Seattle Mariners playing in an American League championship series at home this week with a chance to go to the World Series.
23:20 --> 23:22 [SPEAKER_01]: It's so crazy.
23:22 --> 23:22 [SPEAKER_00]: It's crazy.
23:22 --> 23:23 [SPEAKER_01]: It's insane.
23:23 --> 23:24 [SPEAKER_01]: Fucking thing to say, insane.
23:27 --> 23:29 [SPEAKER_01]: I'm not even for the seam was rolling out.
23:29 --> 23:34 [SPEAKER_01]: Donovan Solano, Dillon Moore, Routy Tiles, Leotie Tavaris earlier this season.
23:35 --> 23:36 [SPEAKER_01]: Not looking like this.
23:36 --> 23:36 [UNKNOWN]: No.
23:37 --> 23:43 [SPEAKER_01]: I see what happens when you be aggressive, you add good players and everything clicks.
23:44 --> 23:54 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, there was a lot of guys you were running out early in the year that just, there wouldn't be part of this current group right now, and they're not, but this group,
23:55 --> 23:57 [SPEAKER_00]: Man, they've captured the city by storm.
23:58 --> 23:59 [SPEAKER_00]: There was fun as they get.
23:59 --> 24:01 [SPEAKER_00]: It's the most fun team we've ever gotten to watch.
24:02 --> 24:03 [SPEAKER_00]: There are two games away.
24:03 --> 24:04 [SPEAKER_01]: Two, two games.
24:05 --> 24:15 [SPEAKER_01]: Even if anyone listening was not on the Ryland Thomas BanLag in early to season, they can sit here and they can appreciate what that process has led to.
24:16 --> 24:19 [SPEAKER_00]: Remember when the Wiese F. Castillo was starting games early in the air?
24:20 --> 24:21 [SPEAKER_00]: Within the first week of the season.
24:22 --> 24:22 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
24:23 --> 24:27 [SPEAKER_01]: Like oh no, oh, it's over.
24:28 --> 24:35 [SPEAKER_01]: I think that was the first of many season overs But now, man, it's a different ball game.
24:35 --> 24:35 [SPEAKER_00]: All right.
24:36 --> 24:47 [SPEAKER_00]: I do want to do something before we hop off and One's a little bit of a call to action, but one is I do want to hit on one more important storyline from this game Before I hit on the important storyline, I will say this.
24:47 --> 24:48 [SPEAKER_00]: We're trying to make a push here
24:50 --> 24:53 [SPEAKER_00]: We are getting pretty close to 10 subscribers on YouTube.
24:53 --> 24:55 [SPEAKER_00]: And you guys hear it from us all the time and we truly mean it.
24:56 --> 25:01 [SPEAKER_00]: You guys are so amazing as fans and loyal and support us.
25:01 --> 25:05 [SPEAKER_00]: And we thank you guys endlessly for it because again, we couldn't do all this stuff without you.
25:05 --> 25:08 [SPEAKER_00]: And we've got to go now with the way everything's going.
25:08 --> 25:10 [SPEAKER_00]: We've got to go before the end of the year.
25:10 --> 25:15 [SPEAKER_00]: We would love, love, love to hit 10 subscribers on YouTube before the end of the year.
25:16 --> 25:17 [SPEAKER_00]: And we're less than a thousand away.
25:17 --> 25:21 [SPEAKER_00]: So if you have not subscribed on YouTube, go over and hit subscribe.
25:21 --> 25:22 [SPEAKER_00]: Again, it takes a second to do.
25:22 --> 25:24 [SPEAKER_00]: It supports the channel big time.
25:25 --> 25:28 [SPEAKER_00]: And we would love to get all the way up to 10 because we're getting pretty close.
25:28 --> 25:30 [SPEAKER_00]: We're up over 10 on TikTok.
25:30 --> 25:32 [SPEAKER_00]: We've been up over 10 on Instagram for a while.
25:32 --> 25:34 [SPEAKER_00]: We're getting pretty close to 25, which is really cool.
25:35 --> 25:36 [SPEAKER_00]: We'd love to get to 10 on YouTube.
25:37 --> 25:41 [SPEAKER_00]: So if you're not subscribed and you're regular listener, please go do that because it really does help.
25:42 --> 25:47 [SPEAKER_00]: I've even got a little special incentive if that call to action doesn't help enough.
25:48 --> 25:55 [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm about to give some praise to Dan Wilson when I wrap this up because I think he did something very well again here in Game 2.
25:56 --> 26:03 [SPEAKER_00]: But I will say we talked a lot about a certain carry carpenter home run from the ALDS that had me driven up a wall.
26:04 --> 26:06 [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I have some news for people.
26:06 --> 26:12 [SPEAKER_00]: Their may or may not be a video of me in real time reacting to the home run.
26:12 --> 26:16 [SPEAKER_00]: Their may or may not be a video of me in real time reacting to the home run.
26:17 --> 26:22 [SPEAKER_00]: Now, we're not going to post this video, but we were at the game, we were in the crowd.
26:23 --> 26:25 [SPEAKER_00]: I reacted about how you'd probably expect.
26:26 --> 26:27 [SPEAKER_00]: But here's the kicker.
26:28 --> 26:29 [SPEAKER_00]: Once we get to 10K,
26:31 --> 26:34 [SPEAKER_00]: we will show people the video if you come up to us in person again.
26:34 --> 26:35 [SPEAKER_00]: We're not going to post the video.
26:36 --> 26:38 [SPEAKER_00]: But if we get to 10 subscribers once we do.
26:39 --> 26:43 [SPEAKER_00]: If you want to see it, you have to come up to us and use this code word, okay?
26:44 --> 26:47 [SPEAKER_00]: You have to use the code word to K. That's the code word.
26:48 --> 26:51 [SPEAKER_00]: To K and it means Kirby carry.
26:51 --> 26:52 [SPEAKER_00]: So George Kirby carry Carverner.
26:53 --> 27:01 [SPEAKER_00]: If you use the word to K and come up to us and say that after we get to 10 subscribers, we will show you guys the video in person.
27:01 --> 27:05 [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, we're not going to post it anywhere, but if you just want to watch it, we will show you once we get to 10.
27:06 --> 27:13 [SPEAKER_01]: It's good, it's good, and you'll see me there as well.
27:13 --> 27:17 [SPEAKER_01]: I'm in the video, but not quite as animated as Lyle, more just in shock.
27:18 --> 27:20 [SPEAKER_00]: As this podcast usually goes two different wavelengths.
27:21 --> 27:23 [SPEAKER_00]: T-days more in shock, he's just keeping silent.
27:23 --> 27:26 [SPEAKER_00]: A lot of that crowd of silent, and then I'm well.
27:27 --> 27:32 [SPEAKER_00]: You might be able to piece it together, but you're not going to know where you until you come up to us, say 2k.
27:32 --> 27:33 [SPEAKER_00]: And we have 1000.
27:33 --> 27:35 [SPEAKER_00]: And help us hit 10 YouTube subscribers.
27:35 --> 27:37 [SPEAKER_00]: So that would be awesome.
27:37 --> 27:40 [SPEAKER_00]: Shout out to you guys as always, but there's a little incentive.
27:40 --> 27:42 [SPEAKER_00]: Okay, all of that being said, go ahead.
27:42 --> 27:46 [SPEAKER_01]: I was going to say, I also want to remind people, we're running a special for a merch right now.
27:46 --> 27:54 [SPEAKER_01]: If you want some Marine Lair pod merch, this would be a great time to wear it, great time to wear it at the ballpark, use code Marine Lair and you get 20% off.
27:54 --> 27:54 [SPEAKER_01]: It's awesome.
27:55 --> 27:59 [SPEAKER_01]: Hats, shirts, hoodies, all great quality really recommend.
27:59 --> 28:00 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, 20% off.
28:00 --> 28:02 [SPEAKER_00]: It's a what a great time to get merch.
28:03 --> 28:05 [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, we love to see you guys wearing it, but let me say this.
28:05 --> 28:09 [SPEAKER_00]: I just, I just highlighted that whole damn Wilson thing again from game one of the ALDS.
28:10 --> 28:10 [SPEAKER_00]: That being said,
28:12 --> 28:20 [SPEAKER_00]: Dan Wilson deserves praise when he does things right so let me say it here again today he absolutely made the right move taken Logan Gilbert out of that game after three innings the u.s.
28:20 --> 28:31 [SPEAKER_00]: Logan to do a lot in game five you were starting them again in game two you were hoping he was obviously going to give you some length but it was clear he just didn't have his best stuff today the blue jays were on him he wasn't as sharp as he always is
28:32 --> 28:32 [SPEAKER_00]: Dan Wilson knew it.
28:33 --> 28:34 [SPEAKER_00]: Dan Wilson at the quick hook.
28:34 --> 28:35 [SPEAKER_00]: He took him out after three innings.
28:35 --> 28:36 [SPEAKER_00]: He went to his ardo.
28:37 --> 28:39 [SPEAKER_00]: Everything changed when that happened.
28:40 --> 28:40 [SPEAKER_00]: At whole game changed.
28:41 --> 28:44 [SPEAKER_00]: So could Dan Wilson of let Logan Gilbert keep going?
28:44 --> 28:44 [SPEAKER_00]: Sure.
28:44 --> 28:54 [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how the rest of the outing would have gone if he had, but not only does he turn to the bullpen at the perfect time to help the Mariners keep the score bay and then get out to a big lead.
28:55 --> 29:05 [SPEAKER_00]: But he also has Logan Gilbert exit the game on 60 pitches, where if you need him in game six, he will be on an extra day of rest and only having thrown 60 pitches in his previous outing.
29:06 --> 29:08 [SPEAKER_00]: So I think Dan absolutely deserves credit for doing what he did today.
29:08 --> 29:10 [SPEAKER_00]: He had the quick hook on Logan and it worked.
29:11 --> 29:15 [SPEAKER_01]: And it was a gamble because one of that's a two-run game the rest of the way.
29:15 --> 29:18 [SPEAKER_01]: Let's say the Jorge Planco, or even to say it was six-three.
29:18 --> 29:20 [SPEAKER_01]: The mayor of Stona Adon after Jorge Planco's bomb.
29:21 --> 29:23 [SPEAKER_01]: Do you have Bizarro pitch two innings to get you to the fifth?
29:24 --> 29:29 [SPEAKER_01]: Protecting a three-run lead, Vargas, and Emerson for four innings.
29:29 --> 29:30 [SPEAKER_01]: No, that wasn't.
29:31 --> 29:34 [SPEAKER_00]: There, other guys would have been used if there was a key run.
29:34 --> 29:41 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, they wouldn't, but I don't, not only anyone wanted those guys used, given the volume of what they've been used the last six games they've played.
29:42 --> 29:42 [SPEAKER_01]: Right, right?
29:43 --> 29:44 [SPEAKER_01]: So it was a gamble.
29:44 --> 29:49 [SPEAKER_01]: And there's no guarantee with the use of brash and mooney that much that they're gonna be at that sharp.
29:49 --> 29:52 [SPEAKER_01]: Like eventually they could have a Logan Gilbert moment.
29:52 --> 29:56 [SPEAKER_01]: or there's a very good chance the reason Logan wasn't good today is because he's just tired.
29:56 --> 30:19 [SPEAKER_01]: He even worked a lot he'd thrown most of a season and now he's pitch it after pitching a you could say it's a bullpen day but it's like the most high intensity bullpen day you could ever have and then you go pitch in star three days later and smoke was mentioned on the broadcast he's like sometimes if you're pitching on short rest you're just not all mechanically there and your stuff doesn't click the way you want your slider's not biting your split or
30:21 --> 30:23 [SPEAKER_01]: That's what it kind of looked like for Logan Gilbert.
30:23 --> 30:27 [SPEAKER_01]: He was only getting swings and misses at half the radius getting during the regular season.
30:28 --> 30:36 [SPEAKER_01]: So Dan Wilson was aggressive and he takes Gilbert out maybe not knowing exactly how they're going to piece it together the rest of the way depending on the outcome and ends up working out.
30:36 --> 30:37 [SPEAKER_01]: Like it is a gamble.
30:38 --> 30:54 [SPEAKER_01]: when you do that, but it totally paid off because the Mariners offence was able to make that decision a lot easier would mean different and maybe more interesting on or maybe more, more of a microscope on Dan Wilson, if that game stayed close to the Mariners need to leverage guys to cover six innings.
30:55 --> 30:55 [SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
30:56 --> 31:04 [SPEAKER_00]: But instead, not only does the offense show up, but you get Spire, Brash, Munoz, all two days arrest as they head home to Seattle.
31:04 --> 31:09 [SPEAKER_00]: And now, for Game 3, you can certainly bet that those guys will be firing on all cylinders.
31:11 --> 31:14 [SPEAKER_01]: Kirby for five and then let the leverage guys rip at the rest of the way.
31:14 --> 31:21 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, because look, with two days of rest, there's no reason those guys aren't throwing three days in a row in those three home games if you need them.
31:21 --> 31:24 [SPEAKER_00]: So to get them that extra day of rest, you're right.
31:24 --> 31:28 [SPEAKER_00]: It sets them up to be really, really locked in for those three home games.
31:29 --> 31:29 [SPEAKER_01]: How weird is it?
31:29 --> 31:36 [SPEAKER_01]: We've had zero conversations about two times, three times through the lineup, two games into the series, zero conversations about it.
31:36 --> 31:38 [SPEAKER_00]: Well, they took you savage out the third time through.
31:38 --> 31:39 [SPEAKER_00]: It was pretty clear.
31:39 --> 31:40 [SPEAKER_00]: The BlueJays are one from the Mariners side.
31:41 --> 31:45 [SPEAKER_00]: I mean, it's nice with Carrie Carbender isn't in the lineup.
31:45 --> 31:46 [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I know.
31:48 --> 31:48 [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe that's it.
31:48 --> 31:54 [SPEAKER_01]: Maybe the Mariners just need to not face Carrie Carbender and life is life is better.
31:54 --> 31:55 [SPEAKER_01]: Even Vladimir Gerard Jr.
31:55 --> 31:56 [SPEAKER_01]: stands no chance.
31:57 --> 31:58 [SPEAKER_01]: Clearly.
31:59 --> 32:01 [SPEAKER_00]: Although he hasn't really gotten going in this series yet.
32:01 --> 32:02 [SPEAKER_01]: No, in fact, he's over.
32:02 --> 32:05 [SPEAKER_00]: I was going to say I have a little bit of a fear.
32:05 --> 32:07 [SPEAKER_00]: It's a win if not, sorry.
32:07 --> 32:08 [SPEAKER_00]: I have a little bit of a fear.
32:08 --> 32:09 [SPEAKER_00]: It's win not if for Vlad.
32:10 --> 32:14 [SPEAKER_00]: And I just hope if he tags somebody, it's not in an absolutely damaging time.
32:14 --> 32:18 [SPEAKER_01]: Well, maybe he's just saving it for the Yankees this whole time, because he doesn't like the Yankees.
32:19 --> 32:19 [SPEAKER_01]: That's true.
32:20 --> 32:20 [SPEAKER_00]: That'd be great.
32:21 --> 32:23 [SPEAKER_00]: Listen, if Vlad wants to go over the rest of the series, sign me right up.
32:24 --> 32:35 [SPEAKER_01]: But I did I did notice that like there's been no conversation about that like bright you and I were like Rice wants to go third time through the way he's throwing go for it Well, we're saying that and then today.
32:35 --> 32:44 [SPEAKER_01]: I mean we didn't get to that conversation because Logan was not good and then the ball pan did with the ball pan did But you know what they pick Logan up today.
32:44 --> 32:45 [SPEAKER_00]: I'm a starboard wasn't as best they picked them up.
32:45 --> 32:46 [SPEAKER_00]: It's everybody.
32:46 --> 32:47 [SPEAKER_01]: That's what good teams do.
32:47 --> 32:48 [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, there's no doubt
32:49 --> 33:07 [SPEAKER_00]: All right, here they come, heading back to Seattle up to O, and they got the Reynorow at home, buckle up people because this three game home set has a chance to make some real memories and I'll leave it at that, I won't leave it at that, pop, yeah.
